Appointment Information

SERVICES ARE BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.  We do not accept walk-in clients.  A major credit card or debit card is required when making your 1st appointment.  However, a credit or debit card is not required for any future appointments when booking.

If you are a 1st time client and want to make an appointment, please click on APPOINTMENT REQUEST FORM page and fill out this form completely.  If you're a 1st time client and choose not to fill out the credit or debit card info, we cannot service you.

After sending us your APPOINTMENT REQUEST FORM, you will then be emailed an appointment confirmation within (4) business hours.  If you fill out the APPOINTMENT REQUEST FORM and want to come in the same day, your confirmation will be via text or phone.

Returning clients who want to book an appointment can do so one of three (3) ways:

New clients need to arrive 15-minutes early to fill out NEW CLIENT paperwork and have a pre-wax consultation.  If you're a returning client, please arrive 5-minutes before your scheduled appointment.

As a courtesy to clients, we will send you an appointment reminder via text, however, it is still your responsibility to remember your appointment even if you don't receive an appointment reminder.  If you forget your appointment and don't show up, you will be charged 100% of your total treatments.

Appointment Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, a minimum of 48-hours prior to your appointment time is required.  You may cancel via text, email or phone.

If a minimum of 48-hours is not given prior to your appointment time, your credit card or debit card will be charge 50% of your total treatment(s).  Please understand that it is difficult to rebook same day cancellation appointments or cancellations made the night before your morning appointment.

There ARE EXCEPTIONS to this 48-hour cancellation policy in which you would not be charged.  They are:

  • If you are an ACTIVE MILITARY member of the U.S. Armed Forces and are called into work
  • If you are legitimately ill (please note menstrual cycle issues do not apply)
  • If you have Covid-19 or someone you live with has Covid-19
  • If your minor child who lives with you is ill

PLEASE NOTE:  If you're a CIVILIAN WORKER and are called into work which conflicts with your waxing appointment and you CHOOSE to cancel your waxing appointment, you will be charged 50% of your total treatment(s).  No exceptions.

Checking In and Treatment Time

NEW CLIENTS check-in time is 15-minutes before your appointment.  For returning clients, your check-in time is 5-minutes before your appointment.

Treatment times begin promptly at your scheduled appointment time.  Arriving late (regardless of the reason, cuz they're all good) will deprive you of your full treatment time and your treatment will end at the regularly scheduled time so that the next client's treatment may begin on time.  Please note that if you do arrive late, your treatment price will remain unchanged.  Please add extra time for traffic, weather conditions, and finding parking so you won't be late.

If you reserve more than (1) treatment and cancel part of your treatments (i.e., you scheduled a Brazilian wax & underarm wax but decided on the treatment table not to get the underarm wax, you still will be charged for the underarm wax because extra time was reserved for that additional service).

When you arrive, there will be NEW CLIENT paperwork on a chair outside our office door.  You may start filling out the paperwork.  Please DO NOT knock on the office door as we are either with a client or cleaning your treatment room.  Your service provider is aware of your appointment time and will come out of the treatment room to greet you.  If you have questions when you arrive, it is acceptable for you to text us @ (858) 663-6101.


Payment is due immediately following services that are rendered.  Brazil Appeal Waxing accepts all major credit cards (including AMEX), debit cards, Venmo, and cash.  Personal checks are no longer accepted.

Electronic Devices that Ring, Beep, Buzzzzz, Vibrate, Sing or Hummm...

We politely request you TURN OFF or MUTE all of your electronic devices before entering the treatment room.  

Your treatment(s) were designed to not only help you look and feel your best, but also to help you re-center yourself in our crazy high-tech and noisy world.  Buzzing and/or ringing sounds interfere with the concentration of your therapist and with the positive energy flow of your treatment(s).  This is why we also ask that you not talk on your phone, check messages, watch videos or play games while you're receiving your treatment.  Thank you.

We love the kiddos...but

We're happy to provide limited waxing treatments for kids ages 11-17, but only if they're accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, are not sick, and wear a face mask to reduce any possible transmission of Covid-19.

If your child does not have an appointment, we ask that you not bring your child with you as there is no available staff to watch your child while you are in the treatment room, nor can we allow your child in the treatment room with you.  Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
