Appointment Request Form and

Cancellation Policies

Please read all copy below BEFORE filling out the Appointment Request Form.


A major credit card or debit card is required when making your 1st appointment.  It is not required for any future appointments.


If you're a NO SHOW (meaning you don't show up for your scheduled waxing appointment even if the reason is because you didn't get an appointment reminder), your credit or debit card will still be charged 100% of the total treatment(s).


If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, a minimum 48-hour notice is required prior to your appointment time otherwise you will be charged 50% of the treatment(s).

Please understand that it is difficult to re-book same day cancellations and those cancellations the night before your morning appointment.  There are exceptions to the 48-hour cancellation policy in which you would not be charged which are:

  • If you are ACTIVE MILITARY and are called into work
  • If you are legitimately ill (please note menstrual cycle issues do not apply)
  • If your minor child that lives with you is ill
  • If you have Covid-19 or someone you live with has Covid-19


PLEASE NOTE:  If you are a civilian and called into work but CHOOSE to cancel your waxing appointment without giving a minimum 48-hour's notice, you will be charged 50% of your total treatment(s).


As a courtesy to our clients, you may receive an appointment reminder via text.  Please understand you are still responsible for showing up and on time to your appointment even if you don't receive a courtesy text.

How To Make An Appointment

Available appointment days & times are listed below.  If the day & time you want is not listed, then it is not available.  You can always contact us to be put on a waiting list for any cancellations.


Once you decide on the day & time you will need to fill out the APPOINTMENT REQUEST FORM.  This form must be filled out completely which means you need to include all of your credit card or debit card info required.  If you fill out this form without the credit card or debit card info you will be contacted by Brazil Appeal Waxing to let you know you have an incomplete form.  We cannot book you without having a fully completed form.


Once you complete the form, then hit SEND.  If you have trouble sending your Appointment Confirmation Form or any other technical issue, please text us immediately @ (858) 663-6101.  Unless you're requesting a same day appointment (in which you'll receive an appointment confirmation via text) you will receive your appointment confirmation via email. 


If you send your Appointment Confirmation Form after business hours or on a day we're closed, you will receive your appointment confirmation the following day.  If you send your Appointment Request Form during business hours, you will receive an email appointment confirmation by the end of the business day unless it is a same day appointment.

PLEASE NOTE:  By filling out this Appointment Request Form and submitting it, you acknowledge you have read the above cancellation policies and agree to them.  


If you have problems submitting an appointment time, try and put a zero (0) in front of the time (i.e., 03:30).


Please use the Message Box for any messages you want to leave.  If you hit SEND and you get the message "Undefined" in the Message Box, type in "None" and then hit the SEND button.  It should go through.  If it doesn't or ​if you still encounter problems, please text us @ (858) 663-6101 or email us at


If you're a NEW CLIENT and do not fill out this form completely (i.e. you don't include your credit card info) then your appointment will not be processed.  No exceptions.



PLEASE NOTE:  Once you hit SEND you WILL NOT receive an automated response.  If you're requesting a same day appointment, you will be contacted (via text) within 2 hours to confirm your appointment.  If you're not requesting a same day appointment, you will be contacted (via email) within 4-8 hours to confirm your appointment.  If you have questions, you may text us @ (858) 663-6101.
