All facials include cleansing under warm steam, enzyme peel,* extractions (blackhead removal), mask, face or neck & shoulder massage,** serum, moisturizer, and sunblock.

*Due to time restrictions, "You Glow Girl" has only (1) cleansing and a gentle bamboo scrub instead of enzyme peel.

**Massage is not included in the acne facials as more time is given to extractions and deep cleansing of the pores.

There's no massage in this clinical treatment as an emphasis is put on extractions to clear pore-clogging gunk from your pores followed by a minty anti-bacterial strawberry clay mask to absorb excess oil, oxygenate cells, calm redness, minimize the appearance of your pores, and to reduce and heal your acne breakouts. This honey-based facial treatment differs slightly from The Honey Pot in that in addition to a rich honey cleanser, an anti-bacterial raspberry cleanser is also used to treat breakouts and calm inflammation. Alpha Hydroxy Acids (AHA's) are used throughout this clinical treatment to remove pore-clogging dead cell buildup and more time is given for extractions (removal of blackheads and deep cleansing of pores to make them appear smaller). A creamy Manuka Honey Mask is used in this treatment which contains a higher concentration of anti-bacterial, anti-microbial, anti-inflammatory, and healing properties. Yes, sometimes being a shrinking violet is a good thing.
